Badmintonic is a free, open platform for badminton enthusiasts, providing the following features:

- Racket comparison, similar model search, and parameter-based selection
- Professional player equipment information
- Community ratings and equipment reviews
- Comments and equipment discussions
- Submission of personal racket measurement data (community submissions)
The list of features may expand as the platform develops. Access to content is free and does not require registration. Interactive features (comments, ratings, personal profile, etc.) require authorization through one of the supported methods.
3. User Accounts
3.1. Registration is not required to view content on the platform.
3.2. To use interactive features (comments, ratings, personal profile, etc.), authorization through one of the supported methods (Google, Apple, email, etc.) is required. Information about data collected during authorization is described in the Privacy Policy.
3.3. You are responsible for all actions performed through your account. If you discover unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.
3.4. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to an account without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms.
4. User Content
4.1. By posting comments or submitting racket measurements, you grant Badmintonic a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and revocable license to use, display, and distribute this content as part of the platform's operation.
4.2. You warrant that your content:
- Does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties
- Does not contain deliberately false or misleading information
- Does not contain insults, threats, incitement to violence, or hate speech
- Is not spam, unauthorized advertising, or promotional material
- Does not violate applicable law
4.3. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or hide any user content at our sole discretion, without prior notice and without explanation.
4.4. Submitted and moderator-approved racket measurements become part of the platform's public database and are used to improve the quality of racket information.
5. Racket Data and Accuracy of Information
5.1. Badmintonic aggregates information about badminton rackets from publicly available sources and from data submitted by community members.
5.2. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and currency of the data; however, we cannot guarantee its completeness, reliability, or freedom from errors.
5.3. Technical specifications of rackets (including swing weight, shaft stiffness, balance point, and other measurements) are provided solely for informational and reference purposes. They are not official manufacturer data (unless explicitly stated otherwise) and cannot serve as grounds for claims against manufacturers or retailers.
5.4. When making a purchase decision, we recommend additionally consulting official manufacturer sources and, where possible, testing the racket in person.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. The website design, source code, logo, original texts, and other content created by the Badmintonic team are the intellectual property of the platform and are protected by applicable copyright law.
6.2. Brand names (Yonex, Victor, Li-Ning, etc.), racket model names, manufacturer logos, and images are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on the platform solely for reference and informational purposes.
6.3. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using Badmintonic content (including the racket database, texts, data structure, and design) for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
7. Prohibited Activities
When using Badmintonic, the following is prohibited:
- Publishing deliberately false racket measurement data
- Spam, flooding, mass posting of repetitive or meaningless content
- Attempting unauthorized access to the system, servers, or database
- Automated data collection (scraping, crawling) without prior written permission
- Using the service to distribute malicious software
- Impersonating another person or organization representative
- Deliberately disrupting the service (DDoS, server overload, etc.)
- Circumventing technical security measures or access restrictions
- Any other actions that violate applicable law or the rights of third parties
Violation of these rules may result in access to the service being blocked without prior notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties — express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
